2. when will I get my order?
Delivery will be made within 3-7 business days after our order confirmation (business days Monday-Friday). If your delivery has not arrived within ten working days or if you have not received a shipping confirmation for your order at all, please send an e-mail to our service team: kontakt@ydfc.de . Please remember to include your customer number and/or order number.
How secure is the online payment?
We place the highest value on your security when making payments. Your details will of course only be transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read them. Your credit card payment is processed by a specially security-certified partner.
4. what material are the t-shirts made of?
Our t-shirts are made of 100% cotton.
5. what if I want to return the products?
If you do want to return a product, please email us at kontakt@ydfc.de if possible and tell us the reason for the return.
